The Lounge invites diners on a gourmet journey into nature with Ven. Sunjae, the first Master of Temple Food. Enjoy healthy food feautring homemade fermented pastes and seasonal ingredients, complemented by exquisite tea pairings.

Ven. Sunjae began her monastic life at Sinheung Temple in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province in 1980.
She emphasize that temple food is prepared in consideration of nature and with respect for all living things.
Also, by using seasonal ingredients, cooking with Korean traditional fermented spices will clear the body and soul of those who eats the temple food. She is one of the most renowned experts on Korean temple food. She has dedicated almost three decades in developing recipes, raising public awareness and engaging in a broad campaign to improve people's diet And recently her third book, "What are You Eating Now?" was released.
