Brunch at the Park
Cornerstone presents "Brunch at the Park” from 11:30am to 3:00pm every Saturday and Sunday.
A selection of imported cheese, organic salad with home-made oils, various pastries, as well as unique Italian-style appetizers are displayed on the open kitchen table. While guests are enjoying appetizers, signature mini-dishes are presented right out of the oven and served hot to each table one-by-one. The seafood corner features king crab, high quality sushi and sashimi and other fresh seasonal seafood. Guests can also choose one main dish from six meat and seafood selections cooked to perfection in wood-burning ovens.
In the month of October, unique Latin flavored dishes created by Cornerstone’s Argentinean chef Federico Heinzmann will be added to the brunch menus. Guests can experience Korean scallop tiradito with mango teriyaki, sous vide Jeju Abalone with criolla salsa, grilled octopus with black rice “gallo pinto”, caramelized sweet bread with lemon cream, roasted skirt steak with smoky flavor, dulce de leche tart, suspiro Limeño and many more cooked in Latin style with multicultural influences.
A special menu is available for kids, including items such as pasta, mini burger and French fries, and a wide selection of desserts, including fresh fruits, home-made ice creams, tarts, cakes, waffles and crepes. Brunch includes a glass of champagne as well as a cup of coffee or tea.
